How is Your Information Shared?

No mobile information will be shared or collected with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

BKB Enterprises, LLC owns and operates VIPAirsoft Stores and VIPAirsoft Field and VIPAirsoft Armory web sites.

Service Providers

We may share the information we collect from and about you with companies that provide support services to you for warranty needs regarding Armory purchases upon expressed consent by you in order to assist in submitting warranty information with manufacturers. The only information that will be shared with a manufacturer for the purposes of product warranty assistance, is your name, email address, proof of purchase date, and information on the product itself. Any additional information required by the manufacturer will be provided upon expressed consent by you prior to submission. No payment information will ever be shared to any service providers ever, including but not limited to debit card, credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or gift card information. 

Legal Requirements

We may disclose information we collect when we believe disclosure is appropriate to comply with the law; to enforce or apply applicable terms and conditions and other agreements; or to protect the rights, property or safety of our company, our guests or others.

If you would no longer like to receive correspondence from VIPAirsoft, you can utilize the standard unsubscribe processes available in any email correspondence. You can also choose not to open any emails for at least 6 months, at which time your email address is scrubbed from our systems. By texting STOP to any of our text messages, your number will be marked and we will no longer send any correspondence to your phone until you opt back in via consent box or you text VIPAirsoft directly.

If a child under the age of 13 has provided us with personal information online, we ask that a parent or guardian email info@vipairsoft.net. Any SmartWaivers completed for children under the age of 18 must be completed and submitted online by that child’s own parent or court appointed guardian as outlined on our website and the Terms & Conditions within the SmartWaiver system. Any information submitted for the purposes of online reservation purposes are assumed to be conducted by a legal adult or under the supervision of a legal adult.
