RESERVATIONS ARE THE ONLY WAY TO GUARANTEE EQUIPMENT AVAILABILITY.
While we try to accommodate large group reservation requests for walk-in groups of 4+ players, there is no way for us to guarantee enough available rental equipment without an advance reservation a minimum of 18 hours in advance.
Reservations for party packages are required at least 24 hours in advance with paid deposit. We cannot accommodate walk-in party packages.

What truly sets VIPAirsoft apart from our competitors?
We focus only on airsoft for our general sessions which allows us to ensure quality and regularly maintained rental equipment. Our staff are also able to focus on the safety issues surrounding airsoft without needing to be concerned with the different safety needs, gear restrictions, gameplay styles or rules for other sports like paintball or laser tag. Our proshop focuses only on airsoft gear, upgrades, parts and repairs, which also allows us to stock quality inventory in an ever changing market. We rigorously test every new gun, gear and part we intent to carry to ensure that it meets our expectations so we know it will meet yours. A task which would be difficult to do if we tried to focus on too many sports.
Our company employs, insures and fully trains our entire staff. This allows us to ensure that each of our staff are trained in the same safety expectations throughout all of our locations, share the same game book and rules and we (and you!) can trust that our staff are accountable. Utilizing employed staff as opposed to volunteers, provides our staff stability and trust in our company, and also allows our customers the well-being that we are accountable for our staff, that our staff have appropriate knowledge and training and that they have been approved to assist in activities like overnight lockins, party packages and private events. It also gives our players and customers a chance to get to know our staff! It’s not uncommon to have referee requests for our birthday parties and technician requests for repairs because they know they can count on their experience and that the staff will be there.
Most importantly? We have 10 years of experience in running our airsoft field! We’ve taken everything we’ve learned over the last decade and continue to grow and improve to provide our customers the safety and quality you expect in a fun, exciting environment! We love that we are family owned and operated because it allows us to continue to be passionate about the sport and be passionate about providing an incredible experience to all of our players and proshop customers, near and far.
Every player requires a signed waiver by the player and their parent or legal guardian. They are electronic and completed online via our website under the “PLAYER WAIVER” tab. We have kiosks available in the lobby as well.
These waivers do not print or download.
A session is a predetermined 4 hour block of time with game scenarios running about 5-7 minutes each. Players will play alongside others that show up for the same session. Players do not need to play the entire session if they don’t want to, however sessions are not prorated.
A rollover is an opportunity to continue game play into one or more sessions at a discounted rate. You pay the full price entry fee for your first initial session of the day and then you pay the rollover fee if you want to stay into another session or two for the same day.
Rollovers are per person and are for same day visits only.
Rental packages include the gun (High-end G&G M4 Carbine AEG Rifle), one magazine, a full face mask, and chest protector. We do not rent additional magazines, gloves, jackets, pants, footwear or pistols.
The maximum FPS limit is 350 for Non-HPA guns and 300 for HPA rifles with no exceptions. This is a safety assurance for our staff and players. It doesn’t matter the type of airsoft gun it is or if its electric or gas.
While you can bring your own gun (as long as it shoots within our FPS limits), you must use our custom house bbs for play.
General Field Rules
- ALWAYS wear eye protection. Even for observation.
- Point your gun UP with your mag OUT and finger OFF the trigger when not in gameplay.
- Aim for the center of mass. Avoid the head, face and groin.
- Don’t climb on or hang off of walls, windows, scaffolding, pipes, barrels, cabinets or railings.
- Don’t shoot at lights, cameras, fire safety equipment or fans.
- Physical and verbal violence or threats will not be tolerated.
- Respect the rules, referees, staff and other players.
These are the most general of our field rules. We do not post individual game rules. There will be additional rules given by the referees at the start of the sessions.
Players 6-8/9yrs are considered our “PeeWee players” and require advance reservations. PeeWee play is by appointment only and must be disclosed at time of reservation to accommodate. Players 10+ are general players and may be separated by ability during busier sessions as determined by our ref staff.
Players are allowed to bring in their own equipment. However, it MUST be within our field regulations. It will be tested upon your arrival to ensure it meets our standards. Any airsoft guns brought in cannot fire above 350fps or 300fps for HPA rifles with the required house 0.20g bbs, have a fully functioning in-tact trigger spring, attached trigger guard and must be semi-auto capable. If your gun can only fire 3-round burst and/or full auto, it will not be allowed within the field. We do not allow double triggers.
BBs brought from home are not allowed. Custom arena bbs are required.
No. In accordance with Arizona Health & Safety Regulation standards, we do not allow any outside food or drink, including bottled water. Cake and ice cream is allowed for only those groups hosting official VIPAirsoft party packages with us. Exceptions would include players with food allergies or medical dietary restrictions that would prevent an individual from choosing one of our concessions items, and is at the discretion of the manager on shift.
While we will try to accommodate large group reservation requests for same day visits, we are unable to 100% guarantee them. Call ahead to inquire about rental reservations for same day visits for groups of 3 or more players that all need equipment. Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to the start of your session. This will allow our staff to check everyone in, ensure valid waivers, speed test any personal equipment and have a referee review our field rules.
If you are looking for coupons, download our app via our mobile website or through the Apple Store!
Coupons cannot be used with any party package deals or during special events like Lock-ins, summer camps or classes unless specified. They do not count towards any rollovers. Please double check for any restrictions on locations, purchase requirements and availability before arriving.
We also offer our Platoon Membership which offers unlimited discounts on session entry, proshop purchases, summer camp programs & more!
No. We don’t offer any discounts for showing up after the session start or if you choose to leave before the session ends. There are no pro-rated prices for these instances.
We do not provide lockers for personal belongings at this time. Anything you don’t feel comfortable leaving on the tables, please either leave it in your vehicle or at home. We are not liable for any stolen items or items left behind.
Everyone that plans to enter the arena MUST have eye protection on. If you prefer not to wear a mask at all times, you may choose to purchase safety glasses or wear sunglasses. There are NO exceptions to this rule!
You do not have to stay at the facility for the session. The only time we ask for a parent to remain here or within a 5 minute drive is if the player is 7 years old or younger. If your child has a medical condition and you want to leave, please alert a staff member prior to leaving the grounds.
We have limited seating in the arena for our players and are therefore unable to accommodate groups of parents or additional family wanting to join your group to observe. If you are bringing a large group of players and would like to have several observers with you- please reach out to our party coordinator about booking an official party package with us to receive a private room with guaranteed seating for your entire group.
Rental packages include a G&G CM16 Raider Carbine rifle, its magazine, a full face mask, and chest protector.
A session is a predetermined 4 hour period of time. Each day of the week has its own dedicated session times. Essentially you choose the day you want to play and then one of the available sessions. Please refer to the “Reservation Restrictions” section of this page in terms of availability.
Recommended attire includes gym shoes, jean pants and a jacket like a hoodie or a sweatshirt. Gloves are also recommended but not required.
Players are welcome to wear shorts and short sleeves, but it is not at all recommended. BBs will hurt on bare skin and you may leave with markings on your skin where you were hit. We do not have any clothing to borrow if you decide after a game or two that you wish you would’ve come dressed in the recommended attire.
Every player must have a waiver signed by the player and their guardian (if under the age of 18). This waiver is completed entirely online by clicking the “PLAYER WAIVER” tab. We also have electronic kiosks available in our lobby.
Our weekend sessions tend to book out for coupon user reservations about a week in advance, especially for Saturdays. It is our most popular day for play and therefore will fill up quickly.
Yes. We can only accept a certain amount of coupon reservations per session. This does not mean you cannot use your coupon on the day you want, it merely means that without a reservation we cannot guarantee that a rental gun will be available for you. This is especially important to keep in mind for Saturday sessions.
If you are using a coupon, please be aware that unless specified on the coupon it cannot be used toward party packages, overnighters, special events, rollovers, extra bbs, extra rentals, proshop purchases, repairs or anything other than what is stated on the coupon. Please call in advance to inquire on any restrictions or availability.
At this time, we don’t provide an overlook into the arena. While we have windows around the outer perimeter of our arena, you may not be able to see the game play once players are in the inner rooms of the field.
Face protection must be either a full single piece face mask that covers eyes, ears, nose and mouth in hard plastic or metal mesh or you can wear a half/half set-up.
Lower face pro must be hard plastic or metal mesh and your eyes must be protected by sealed eye wear with a strap that goes all the way around the back of the head. Eye glasses, safety glasses and shooting glasses CANNOT be worn as the sole eye protection for game play under any circumstance.
Under no circumstances will we allow neoprene, shemagh, balaclava, ski mask, bandana or any other cloth as face protection when used on its own.
Yes!! As long as they are not made of hard plastics or have sharp corners, you can use them in battle. If you aren’t sure, bring it with you and check with a ref when you arrive.
Melee weapons cannot be bags of candy, bean bags, water balloons or anything else that could break and spray its contents if popped upon impact.
No. We offer custom colored BBs that are required for use in our arena. They are colored to be recognizable and any excess can be brought back to the arena. If any player is caught using personal BBs, they will be asked to empty their magazines and hand over any other personal BBs until the end of their session.
Our custom bbs are manufactured by Umarex specifically for legal airsoft fields nation-wide and are only available to legal fields. They have been rigorously tested by Echo1 USA, KWA, G&G and Umarex for quality. They have passed with flying colors and have been approved for use under warranty. They will not break within your magazine or your gun. We require them to be used within our own personal rental fleet as well and therefore wouldn’t put anything cheap, dented, seamed, unpolished or otherwise unsavory into our magazines.
Of course! You may not be able to use it during every game though. The refs will let you know at the start of every game. You will not be allowed to shoot at an enemy from behind the riot shield, you cannot hold the riot shield while a friend or friendly fires from behind you and the shield and you cannot prop the shield up and fire from behind it.
The referees will demonstrate the rules of how the shield can and cannot be used at the start of the sessions.
The riot shields must also not have any sharp edges, splinters or protruding exposed screw tips that may harm other players.
You can use sound grenades like “ThunderBs”, rubber grenades, tornado grenades or reusable grenades used with an M203 launcher. You cannot use flash bang grenades, smoke grenades, metal replicas, VTG blank firing grenades, or “Easter Egg” grenades.
You are more than welcome to bring in a Tracer Unit. You must purchase house Tracer bbs. It is important to note however, that you cannot bring back any unused tracer bbs nor can you bring tracer bbs from home.
We ask for about 24 hours to complete a spring change. It does not often take this long, however our techs work on a first come first serve basis for repairs and spring changes. If you bring in your gun the day you want to play, we cannot guarantee if will be ready for you to use, and you will need to rent a gun.
Please bring your gun in as early in the week as you can if you intend to use it during the week or on the weekends.
A spring change costs between $25 and $35 dollars depending on the gun and whether or not you purchased the gun from us. The cost includes the charge for the spring and the labor. Please drop your gun off at least 24-48 hours in advance of intended game play to allow for adequate time for the technicians to complete the change.
VIPAirsoft does not allow any outside food or drink to be brought into the facility except cake. All of our private arena rentals have food package add-on options available and amounts provided are based on the contracted amount of players and package size booked. Any food package add-ons must be added to your event in writing at least 48 hours in advance if not originally added at time of contract.
Any food purchased the day of your event will be available at a la carte pricing and is subject to staff availability.
VIPAirsoft requires a five (5) business days (Monday-Friday) notice of cancellation prior to the date of your scheduled event. Deposits become nonrefundable five (5) days prior to your scheduled event. Groups that are “no-show” for their event will be responsible for the full contracted value of the event. Non-payments for moneys due will disqualify your group from any future events until payments have been rendered.
Payment is due at the start of the event. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex and cash. Groups that require a PO to make payment, must pay their contracted cost prior to the start of the event. Contracted events must pay in single payment. We cannot accept individual payments player by player. Additional costs incurred with a la carte food purchases or extra players over the contracted amount are due at time of services rendered.
VIPAirsoft employs a talented team of knowledgeable staff ready to assist you in building out your event whether it be to just have fun, focus on specific topics/missions or develop a comprehensive training experience. Our arena is equipped with additional tools to enhance your experience with us and include fog machines, lasers, audio and use of our breach doors.
Basic rental equipment is included in all events. This package includes high-end G&G CM16 Raider Carbine AEG Rifles, a rifle magazine, full face mask and basic chest protector.
NOTE: We do not supply pistols, specialty weapons or volunteer enemies.

Please carefully review the information within the quote as well as the corresponding contract to review the details requested and to book your event. Events are not confirmed until the signed electronic contract has been returned and the required deposit has been paid. Requests are recommended to be submitted at least two (2) full weeks prior to the proposed date of your event as the event contract must be returned at least one (1) full week prior to your event to avoid late fees.

No! The ages are more of a recommendation and are not a rule. We’ve found that players aged 8-9 who are involved in organized sports tend to be ready and have more fun in the general session game play and party packages. If your player is 8-9 years old, has never played airsoft and isn’t involved in sports or team activities, we recommend trying PeeWee first.
Yes. If you book a party package that does not include pizza or drink refills, you can add them to your final bill as you go; they will just be priced at the a la carte cost. If you need additional bbs beyond what comes with your package, they are $5 for each extra bag of 1000bbs and can also be added to your bill.
Our PeeWee packages are for our younger players ages 6-8/9 years old and they play separately from the other players at the facility. The reason being that most of our Peewees are 6 or 7 years old, play with lower powered equipment and their game styles are easier to comprehend.
Our general package parties play alongside the other players that are here for the session that you’re choosing to host within. Most of our players are between the ages of 10-16 years old. We tend to see most of our older players on adult nights or during our late Friday and Saturday sessions. If you would prefer to have only your group on the field playing- you can consider renting the facility for your own private use. This option is available at both locations although availability for private event differs from Gilbert to Phoenix.
Our PeeWee packages (spring shotgun airsoft and electric NERF Rival) have a minimum of 10 players and our General packages (Classic, Deluxe, Ultimate and Extreme) have a minimum of 5 players to host.
While you’re not required to bring that many people, you are financially responsible for the minimum amount of players. This allows at least a 5 on 5 private game play for PeeWee and a team size for general play.
There is a $50 minimum deposit due upon reservation booking for your party package. This confirms your reservation. Your deposit is credited back to you on your final bill.
Your party will have a dedicated referee who will help you run your event. They will show your players how to use the rental guns an be your go-to for any questions, concerns or issues during your event. They will also coordinate with concessions for your food and drinks and assist in your check-out process.
Yes! When you host an official VIPAirsoft party package, we provide all of your plates, forks, knives and napkins. We also have a knife to cut your cake as well as candles and a lighter in case you need them! It is all included in the cost of your party and we do not charge a “cake cutting fee”.
If you are hosting an official VIPAirsoft party package with us- yes! You are more than welcome to bring in a birthday cake or ice cream with you. We will also allow bringing in cookies or cupcakes instead of a cake if that is your preferred birthday treat.
We have fridges and freezers in the back for your convenience.
Snack trays, food platters of any kind or other food products stacked up like a cake are not considered a birthday confectionary and therefore are not allowed into the facility.
Yes! All of our VIPAirsoft party packages come with a private party room for celebrating. Tables and chairs are set up according to your reservation numbers. Tables are decorated with party tableclothes.
We do not provide balloons or streamers because each party wants to celebrate differently and with so many players in our facility, we don’t want to risk the exposure to a latex allergy. That being said, if you are planning to bring balloons, please only bring mylar balloons.
You can book online through the Event Request Form or by calling our Event Coordinators! If you book through the form, you will hear from one of our coordinators within 24-48 hours with your confirmation email, if you paid your deposit online, or they will contact you for the deposit and confirm the information in your form.
We don’t automate our bookings because airsoft has so many unique needs, that we prefer to communicate directly with you. This ensures that we schedule you according to your needs, group size and overall availability.
Groups of 0-75 players require a $100 deposit upon contract signature. Groups of 100+ require a $500 deposit upon contract signature. Deposits must be received in order to schedule your event and secure your facility access. We cannot schedule private events “on good faith”.
Deposits can be paid over the phone with one of our events coordinators, online via the invoice sent with the contract, within the contract or in person at one of our locations.
