We do not require face masks and we no longer enforce strict social distancing. We are allowing each family to make the decision they feel is best for their player(s). 

We are still limiting capacity of players per session as we’ve found it has improved the overall player experience. Prepaid reservations online through our calendar remain the only way to guarantee session entry. We may offer a small handful of available walk-in spots if we are fully booked, however these spots are first come, first serve only.  Players arriving without a prepaid reservation may be turned away depending on availability and will be charged an increased “Walk-In” price. We are still not allowing any non-playing observers at this time.

We have opted not to bring back discounted rollovers at this time.

We are accepting limited discount programs with capacity limits for how many discount users we can have in each session. Advanced reservations are REQUIRED for any discount program user. We will not accept any discount programs without an advance reservation. Discount programs include PogoPass and homeschool discount. 

Homeschool discounts require registration with our Events Coordinator to get a code for calendar use. Email with proof of this year’s homeschool recognition. AFHE 2020 membership, HSLDA 2020 membership or Affidavit of Intent to Homeschool is required. Homeschool discounts will become valid August 4 and will be available on Wednesdays from 430-830pm. 

Our SUMMER session times are as follows and will run May 31-August 2:

We are booking party packages again with a maximum of 4 observers. We are hosting PeeWee parties again on weekends from 10am-12pm. 

We have made the decision not to bring back Speedsoft sessions or PeeWee open play. Speedsofters are welcome to book a private field rental at our Phoenix location during off-times when the rest of the facility is closed. Please contact our Events Coordinator to schedule and get a contracted event on the calendar.

Lastly, and most importantly, we want to say a huge thank you for your continued support during this time. As a local family owned and operated business, our ties to our community are what drives us to persevere. We’ve kept our staff busy cleaning and improving our fields during the shutdown, so we are excited to get everyone back on the field to see the new changes!

Can I walk-in on a session or do I HAVE to make a reservation?2021-05-26T10:33:51-07:00

We have significantly increased our capacity limits but we are continuing to limit our player count per session in order to provide increased customer service and sanitation.  The only way to guarantee a spot for you is by prepaying your reservation in advance. 


If we have a spot available for you or your group, we will let you pay to play at the increased “Walk-in Player” rate. If we don’t though, you’ll have to come back another day. This is especially important information for groups and on weekends. 


Prepaid reservations are the best way to get into the field. That way you know you’re all set, have a spot and you save money on entry. 


Additionally- as a reminder, we are only accepting limited discount programs at this time with limits on how many players can use them per session. No coupons, certificates or discount programs will be accepted without an advance reservation. 

What is the session reservation reschedule/cancellation policy?2021-05-26T10:34:38-07:00

Players have until 1 hour prior to their session to reschedule and 2 hours prior to their session to cancel. Any cancellations after that time would result in the forfeiture of their prepaid funds. All applicable cancellations receive their refunds onto an electronic credit code applied to the email address on file in the reservation. No-shows would also result in the forfeiture of prepaid funds. We do not refund to cash or card. With the limited occupancy limits for sessions, we and other players rely on the calendar to know how many spots are available in a timely manner.

Are you offering Peewee play?2021-05-26T10:36:40-07:00

Upon review, we have decided not to bring back open PeeWee play at this time. We still offer PeeWee party package bookings available on Saturday and Sunday mornings. PeeWee players are ages 6-8/9. We will allow players as young as 8 in general session although we highly recommend that they are either involved in team athletics or contact sports or have already played competitive airsoft before.

We are no longer offering Speedsoft sessions nor tournaments at either location. If you have a group that would like to play Speedsoft, you are welcome to reserve a private field rental at our Phoenix location only outside of general session times. Private field rentals have a contract that must be signed by an adult over the age of 18, have a $100 deposit required at time to contract signature and must be booked at least 1 full week prior to the desired hosting date. For more information on booking a private field rental for Speedsoft play, please contact our Events Coordinator at 

Can I pay for a rollover?2020-05-01T18:29:48-07:00

We are not offering discounted rollovers at this time to give other players a chance to play too. If you would like to play both sessions, you still can, but at full price for both sessions and both sessions will require a reservation. 

Why are the session times offset?2020-05-01T18:30:17-07:00

We have built in a 30 minute time buffer between sessions to decrease the amount of people in the facility at once, allowing for the first group to exit the facility before the next group arrives. Our staff will also be using this time to sanitize the staging area and frequently touched surfaces. 

Can I use my gift certificate?2021-05-26T16:37:05-07:00

Yes.An advance reservation is REQUIRED for their use. We will not honor any certificates without an advance reservation. Certificates have a unique code on their reverse that you will enter into the blue code box within the calendar.

Yes! Your Platoon Membership benefits are still available. Platoon Members are given platoon cards with unique codes specific to that member. If you are a current member, you will input your card code into the calendar’s blue code box. If you have an older membership that is still valid but started prior to the card release, reach out to Emilee at to get a card issued to you or if you have lost your code.

We have our party calendar open and available! Parties are limited to no more than 4 non-playing observers. General party packages play amongst and against the other players there for the session you host within but you receive a private party room to gather in between the games as well as for your group to eat and celebrate within. 

If you have a large group or have questions regarding hosting a private facility event for just your group only, feel free to reach out! We’d be more than happy to discuss availability and cost quotes with you! 

If you have concerns regarding your group playing amongst others or just want to play outside of general hours, a private event may be the best way to go. Private events are hosting off-hours when general sessions are not in progress. Pricing differs from that of general session entry or general party packages and there is an electronic contract required for hosting. We prefer at least 2 weeks advance notice to allow time for staff scheduling and contract processing. 

Do I have to wear a PPE face mask?2021-02-12T23:24:54-07:00

We cannot and will not force any player, customer or staff member to wear PPE. Nor will we infringe upon any customer, player or staff’s right to medical privacy and we appreciate in advance, your understanding of that right to privacy.

What precautions are you taking?2021-05-26T16:37:45-07:00

We have always sanitized all of our masks and chest protectors after every use with hospital grade sanitizer and will continue to do so. We have also always thoroughly cleaned our staging area, proshop, facility and gear and are continuing to clean regularly throughout the sessions. 

We are continuing to limit our session capacity and the only way to guarantee entry into any of the sessions is with a prepaid reservation. There is no guaranteed entry for walk-in players and will be based on session space availability. This policy will allow our staff and players to ensure that capacity limits are held and to decrease contact at check-in. 

We are not allowing for any non-playing observers during general sessions to ensure we have enough capacity for our players as well as spacing at the tables. We are limiting our official party packages to 4 non-playing observers and we ask that those observers remain in the party room during the duration of their party visit with us. If you have a large group and need to accommodate a large amount of observers, please contact our Events Coordinator at extension 2 in the phone menu to discuss your options for hosting a private event instead. You can also submit an event request form online.

We have offset our session start times so that our staff have enough time to clean the staging area between the sessions and decrease cross traffic between the two session player groups. 

Each piece of rental gear is thoroughly sanitized every night. 

We do ask that if you and/or your player(s) is/are sick or has been around someone who is sick, that you please stay home. We’re not going anywhere, so you’ll have plenty of chances to come play at a later date. 


We do not recommend our players wear PPE during gameplay. It is vital that our players are able to breathe unimpeded to avoid passing out from lack of adequate oxygen during rigorous activity. Our players however, are already required to wear face protection that covers their eyes, ears, nose and mouth for gameplay and most gameplay occurs while players are 10ft apart from each other. 

We encourage customers who are able, to wear PPE while within the proshop. We do not have the right to ask any player or customer about their ability to wear a PPE mask and we will not infringe upon their right to medical privacy.
