Technicians
Must have weekend availability. Tech applicants must be experienced to be considered and CAD experience desired though not required. Concessions applicants must be at least 16 and have weekend availability.
Must have evening and weekend availability to be considered for any position.
All positions are Part-Time. Sales and tech positions have opportunity for Full-Time, but it is not guaranteed.
Minimum wage applies starting. Reasonably negotiable for sales and advanced technicians based on experience.

We do not offer any volunteer, internships or apprenticeship programs due to the sensitive nature of customer information and safety issues with equipment that we handle.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS
All incoming staff will be required to pass a drug test prior to hire and prove US citizenship or right to work. Random drug testing will occur throughout employment as necessary. All staff are also required to work an occasional monthly overnight lock-in shift. If you cannot work these Friday or Saturday overnighters, please note that on your application. They are a vital part of our event calendar and all of our staff are called on to share these shift responsibilities.
All incoming staff will be required to provide documentation outlining their US citizenship or right to work status at the time of their trial shift.
Referees are required not only to simply ref games, but also for the general maintenance, cleaning and upkeep of our arena facility, the hosting of our birthday parties, on the spot gun maintenance and the supervision of our various other events. These responsibilities include but are not limited to: running, basic understanding of first aid, assisting party parents, working with children and adults in a respectful manner, heavy lifting, climbing ladders, utilizing various power tools, moving props, barrels and furniture, and working with cleaning materials and chemicals.
Concessions staff are required not only to prepare and provide food and drinks, but also for the management of cashier POS system duties, general cleaning and upkeep of the concessions area, execution of proper food safety techniques, assisting ref staff in the hosting of our birthday parties, assisting players and upfront staff in changing gun batteries, cleaning and sanitizing rental equipment, preparation of arena bbs, assisting in reservation and party scheduling and the participation of various other events. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to: running, basic understanding of first aid, assisting party parents, working with children and adults in a level headed manner, expressing field regulations and proper safety rules, heavy lifting, food inventory organization, tracking and expressing concessions inventory needs to management and working with cleaning materials and chemicals.
Tech applicants will be required to prove tech knowledge in the interview by diagnosing and completing a repair and/or rebuilding an M4 gearbox in front of a technician. Additional questions will be asked by the tech during the interview above and beyond the application questions to ensure the applicant understands the working mechanisms behind the equipment.
Technician staff are required not only to complete repair work, but also for the management and security of gun owner personal information and repair forms, general cleaning and upkeep of the technician area, execution of safe tool use and procedure, ensuring that rental fleet is in good working order including magazines, assisting players and upfront staff in changing gun batteries, assisting players in quick basic repairs, preparation of new rental equipment, proper use of the chronograph for various reasons, and the participation of various other events. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to: running, basic understanding of first aid, calling gun owners for repair notifications, working with children and adults in a level headed manner, expressing completed repair details and good gun ownership rules to customers, heavy lifting, part inventory organization, tracking and expressing parts needs to management, tracking and organizing customer repair agreements and working with cleaning materials and chemicals.Technician staff are also expected to provide their own tools. Including but not limited to screwdrivers (phillips and flat head) in various sizes, picks, allen keys in various sizes, and punches. A full descriptive list can be provided during the interview process. Should you want to leave your tool set at the facility, you will be expected to provide your own locking toolbox. Locking toolboxes and private workbenches are provided to senior and lead technicians only.
Applicants MUST prove proficiency in the following to be considered for hire:
Gas Guns:
- Be able to identify issues with a variety of gas pistols, rifles and SMGs.
- Be able to replace most wear and tear parts on a variety of gas pistols, rifles, and SMGs.
- Be able to identify what the most common brands are by looking at the internal parts.
- Be able to complete repairs in a timely manner
AEG Guns:
- Be able to identify issues with variety of AEG Designs
- Be able to disassemble gearboxes and re-assemble in a timely manner
- Be able to determine compatible parts by inspecting the gearbox and part fitment
- Be able to recommend upgrade parts that are compatible per brand and model of AEG
HPA Systems:
- Have a basic knowledge on how HPA systems work and how to fix them
Spring Systems:
- Have a basic knowledge on how Spring systems work and how to fix them
In addition, applicants must have good customer communication and have basic computer skills. Applicants MUST have good availability and be able to work weekends. Applicants must also be able to manage their time when working on equipment and complete rental or customer guns in a timely manner.
Media staff are expected to provide their own film equipment and protective equipment. A full descriptive list of required equipment and suggested protective measures can be provided during the interview process. Equipment may become available through the company for your use upon seniority, need and proof of adequate experience and proficiency.
