Our policy is in place due to space allowances but most importantly- safety. 

This policy is an important safety measure for our other players and staff. We want our staff focusing on watching for safety of our players and assisting them while in the field and in the staging area. This can become difficult when we have large numbers of observers moving around the facility, trying to enter the field space, or who may not be following the safety precautions like wearing eye protection within the staging area. The more observers that are within the facility, the less attention the staff can pay to the players – and the players and their safety are our first, second and third priorities.

While we offer a variety of comfortably sized party rooms, we are unable to accommodate large numbers of non-players in a way that maintains a spacious, comfortable, and safe feeling for all occupants within the room, especially when the players come off the field and return to the room space, with their guns and gear in tow. If you choose to bring 1-2 additional observers with you for your event, we’re unable to guarantee everyone will feel comfortable in the space or that we will be able to set up enough chairs and individual table spaces for everyone while the players are off the field. We will certainly try our best, but we appreciate your understanding in this policy and that our ultimate goal is to provide safety and comfort to our players and guests. 

PeeWee parties that have the maximum observer count may be placed in our Staging Area space to accommodate the larger group. 

Lastly, we appreciate your understanding of our outside food policy. We cook on-site and are therefore inspected and held to the standards of the AZDHS Health Code. While the food included in our party packages does not extend to our non-players on-site, your group is more than welcome to purchase food items a la carte directly from concessions or place orders with your party referee to be added onto your overall party invoice.
