Please plan your vacations so they don’t interfere with high-traffic days like Black Friday when we need all hands on deck.
All our vacation and Time Off Requests are first come/first serve so it’s always best to submit your request as soon as you know the trip is being planned for the best chance at getting approval. Otherwise, you risk not getting the time off and having to be at work.
It is HIGHLY recommended not to purchase any tickets or set any reservations until your time off request has been approved in the schedule system.
You will need to submit your Time Off Request through the schedule system AT LEAST 10 days prior to your trip – even if you aren’t working during that time or aren’t scheduled for most of it. It lets our management know that you will be completely unavailable to cover shifts and we can plan private events accordingly.
