Employees will be expected to dress in company provided uniform attire at all times and maintain good personal hygiene. All employees will be expected to wear their provided name tags in a manner that can be easily seen by customers.
Uniform dress code for all staff include appropriate length bottoms that are at least knee length or longer and free of any rips, tears, frays, profanity or gang related insignias. Normal work requirements must still be performed as usual which may include entering the arena during active game play.
Close-toed and close-heeled shoes are required. Footwear must be appropriate for any aerobic activity allowing the employee to safely perform any position or activity that may be required of them without risk of injury.
Employees are expected to maintain clean and kempt hair in a professional hair-do. Hair must remain out of the eyes and appear clean and brushed. For men, facial hair must be trimmed and maintained in a clean and hygienic way as well. Male concession workers may be asked to wear a hairnet around their facial hair as necessary to maintain food health safety standards as outlined by state and federal guidelines.
If an employee wishes to wear a hat, it must be a company branded hat with the company logo on it. If an employee wishes to wear a jacket or hoodie, it must either be company branded or your uniform must be worn over it.
If an employee is found to be in unacceptable dress or found to be in violation of the dress code as proscribed, the employee will be expected to return home and change into approved and acceptable dress. The employee will be required to clock out for this missed time and will be allowed to clock back in upon review and approval by management.
I understand that BKB Enterprises, LLC may deduct the cost of any missing uniform items issued upon hire (amounts listed below) at the costs reflected from my final paycheck upon my separation from the company. This deduction will be remitted to me provided the items are returned in satisfactory conditions within 7 days of separation.
I also understand that should the above items need to be replaced due to normal wear and tear, I can return the worn items to management and be given a new replacement at no cost to myself. This does not mean exchanging dirty uniforms for new. I understand that I am responsible for washing my own uniform. If however, I required a new replacement without turning in an old one, I will be charged for the items as follows:
Front Staff Uniform: $25
Referee Uniform: $15
Name Tag: $12
I agree to wear my VIPAirsoft Arena uniform with pride and according to uniform standards as well as to keep it and myself looking clean, neat and washed.
