Assistant sales associates are required to have a positive attitude and enjoy working with kids and adults to help customers make educated purchases. They are expected to be trustworthy with handling money and willing to learn the various product lines as well as front-desk admissions duties. They listen to customer needs and come up with solutions factoring in customer budget, age, size and needs. They assist the Store Manager in taking special product orders and assist referees in handling negative situations with parents and players. They assist in front desk duties including speaking with customers over the phone to answer questions about the facility, pricing, options, party packages, gift cards, returns, and company policies. 

Requirements for Sales: 

Must be at least 18 years old
Must have at least 3 years in customer retail sales experience
Ability to work nights and weekends
Flexibility to work both locations as needed
Have a mid-level knowledge of basic equipment and accessories
Go-getter attitude
