PLAYER GEAR SALES
Not allowed. If you have told a player to stop selling and they refuse, ask them to leave.
Customers get 1 week and must have the receipt, original box and any/all accessories it came with. Check for damage! All returns must be handled with a manager only.
Guns cannot have been used! Must be approved by a technician.
Products that CANNOT be returned:
Goggles, masks, half masks, batteries, CO2/Green Gas, items missing their original box, worn clothing, open bbs, or anything that looks damaged or excessively used.
We give Law Enforcement, Military (active & veteran), Fire Fighters and First Responders a 5% off discount with physical valid proof like a badge or ID.
Staff also receive discounts of 10% off but the sale must be processed by a manager only. Staff cannot get discounts on new gear until the new inventory has been in store for at least 1 week. If staff wants to purchase a new inventory item prior to the 1 week time frame, they can purchase it at full price.
