“No Call, No Show”s cause some serious migraines for our management and are frustrating to the other staff on shift counting on you being at work.
If you have 2 back to back No Call, No Shows within 3 months, it will be considered voluntary resignation (meaning you’ve told us that you quit).
If you have 2 nonconsecutive No Call, No Shows in 3 months, you’ll have your shifts cut and depending on the situation – you may lost your job.
If you decide to No Call, No Show during peak times like holidays, school breaks or other special events like Black Friday – we will take that a voluntary resignation.
This includes if you don’t put your Time Off Request in or don’t get a replacement approved in the Shift Pool at least 1 full day in advance.
