ID Policy

All players will require a photo ID at check-in.

Players age 18+ require a valid photo ID.

Players under the age of 18 who do not have a photo ID will need to have an adult parent guardian with them at checkin who can verify their identity. Adult guardians cannot be older siblings, cousins, or friends. VIPAirsoft staff hold the right to decline adult verification and require an official valid photo ID for an underage player at their discretion.

Accepted photo IDs:

  • State ID
  • Drivers License
  • Drivers Permit
  • Passport
  • Military ID
  • School ID

School IDs will be accepted for the previous and current school years only. Previous school year IDs will be accepted until October of the current school year. If your player does not have a photo ID, they will need a parent with them at check-in. 

IDs must be a hard physical card – we do not accept paper copies nor photos of an ID. The only exception to this policy is a digital school ID opened via the school’s mobile student portal or an Arizona mID opened via the ADOT Mobile ID app. 

 

We appreciate your understanding and compliance in this policy. It allows us to ensure the players joining us are who they say they are, ensures underage players cannot falsify a waiver to avoid telling their parents they are coming or participating in the completion of their waiver, helps us keep banned players from gaining access under false pretenses, and ultimately helps us keep our players safe.
