Drug Free Workplace

Employees will be expected to refrain from taking, using or selling alcohol or drugs, or be in possession of any drug or alcohol paraphernalia of any kind while on shift and within the premises of the workplace.

 

Employees will be expected to refrain from attending work while under the influence of alcohol or drugs; synthetic or organic.

 

If an employee is found to be engaging in, selling alcohol or drugs or found to be in possession of drug or alcohol paraphernalia in or on the ground of the company location, the employee will be asked to leave the premises and will not be paid for their time on shift while under the influence. If necessary, law enforcement will be called to escort the employee off the grounds.
