As a staff member with VIPAirsoft, we ask that you show it off with pride! This means wearing your uniform for every shift including your name tag. You are also expected to dress professionally.
Pants cannot have excessive holes in them, close-toed gym shoes, cover up any profane tattoos, have on a clean uniform and look well put together. Shorts may be worn but they have to fall below the knee.
Name tags and uniform shirts will be provided to you. You are in charge of keeping them clean and washed. Merchandise shirts are for customers to buy and do not qualify as a uniform.
Hats must be company branded with company logo on them. If you wish to wear a hat, please see a manager to request a company hat. We will not replace these hats if you lose them or if they become ruined.
Jackets may be worn but they must either be company branded or your uniform must be worn over the jacket.
If you lose your name tag, uniform, etc – you will have to purchase a new one. If you fail to turn back in your uniform and/or name tag upon leaving the company, the cost to replace them will be deducted from your final paycheck.
If your uniform gets worse for wear, exchange it with a manager.
The point is- we need for our customers to easily locate a staff member when they have questions, issues or a quick “Hey Thanks!”. It also helps staff identify each other in a crowd, easily see who is behind the counters/desks or back in the tech room/stock rooms and determine whether or not that person is supposed to be there.
Sometimes late nights happen or you oversleep, but if you show up for your shift looking unkempt- you will be sent home to change and you will not get paid for that time. If you can’t seem to get yourself together and follow the dress code on a regular basis, you may end up losing your position with us, so please be prepared.
