Shia walks the field with a melee weapon and tags any player they want. Shia cannot die. He may not run after players. If he is shot- he may chase down the player that shot him until the player is tagged. 
Players may revive teammates that have been tagged by Shia by holding them for 5 seconds. After 5 seconds, the player may get back up and continue playing.
