OVERNIGHTER FAQS
Due to the nature of the event including alternate rules, props, specialized game modes, and storyline, we maintain a strict 12+ year old age restriction. There are no exceptions given to this rule. There is no surrender distance in play for these events, certain games do allow full auto, more complex game modes are created specifically for the overnighters, and our demographic does skew older. We have found over the years that younger players struggle the most with these changes.
General sessions see an average player range of 10-16.
General Fables see an average player range of 13-18
Milsim style Fables see an average player range 16-22
We have multiple staff on-site the entire night monitoring and running the event.
Players are not allowed in areas that are not actively supervised by staff. The only exception to this policy is the restrooms, for privacy purposes. Players are not allowed in party rooms and both the proshop and tech room are closed for the night during lockins.
We do not provide sleeping quarters. If a player wants to sleep, most of them will put their head down on the table for a cat nap or will lay down under a table to block the overhead lights and use their bag as a pillow. Most players though do not sleep and it is not recommended to bring a sleeping bag, blankets, or pillows.
Due to the nature of these events and the alternative rules, we have to be extra diligent with the safety rules and regulations to keep our players, staff, and facility safe throughout the night. This means warnings are not guaranteed to be given and certain actions taken by players may result in an immediate removal from the event and the facility entirely for the remainder of the night. Our lockins range from fun “game of chance” style events to milsim storylines. Both buildouts have limited timeframes to get through the event so our staff need to keep players on task, trust players with what can be fragile props, and ensure that players are participating within the game rules so gameplay can run on time.
If you are registering for your child, please make sure they are aware in advance of these expectations so you are not contacted in the middle of the night to come get your child. For the safety of the event, other players, our staff, and our facility, we will not allow players who have been removed from the event to remain on the premises until the end of the event.
Squads are team groups of 5 players and allow the players to guarantee they will be on the same team with at least some of their friends as long as they register for the same squad. Our staff then use the squads to build out the teams for the night. If you have more than 5 players, we recommend splitting your group across multiple squads so your players have at least one other friend on the same team with them.
Be sure to coordinate with friends prior to registration and book quickly. We cannot hold spots on a squad once if a squad is not available to choose, it means it is fully booked and not accepting more players. We may not be able to accommodate moving players to a different squad.
Players do not need to register with a squad at the time of booking if they don’t have a preference. Any players who did not register with a squad, will be placed on an open squad by staff based on age and ability. Our staff will try to match them as best as possible with other similar players.
Lockin registration includes 2 meal tickets so players can get something to eat, which can be redeemed for 1 small food item each ticket or can be combined together for a combo meal – (2 slices of pizza and a 24oz drink OR nachos and a 24oz drink)
Small food items include: 1 slice of pizza, 1 plate of nachos, 1 24oz drink, 1 refill, 1 small candy, 1 bag of chips. Meal tickets cannot be redeemed towards ICEEs, canned drinks, bottled drinks, large pizza, Dippin Dots.
We also provide a sweet treat midway through the night, typically of cookies and/or cupcakes for the players to grab if they’d like. They do not need to redeem a ticket for these items.
If a player needs more food, the concessions stand will be open throughout the night and accepts cash, card, and tap to pay mobile payment.
Recording devices are prohibited for use at all times within the proshop, concessions, tech department, restrooms and staging area.
STARTING JANUARY 1, 2024
No recording devices will be allowed at either location unless a recording pass has been applied for and approved by management.
Players must submit an online recording request form and have the request approved to use any recording device including but not limited to GoPros, Contours, and cell phones within active gameplay. If a player has not been approved for a recording pass or has been denied and is found recording or having been recording during the session, the footage will be wiped, and they will be immediately removed from the facility without refund and a minimum 1 month ban will be enacted.
Management holds the right to revoke a recording pass at any time for any reason. If a player arrives with a recording device and has been banned from using it, our staff hold the right to keep the device at our front desk during the session if they believe the player will attempt to use the device even after being told they are prohibited from doing so. If a player is argumentative about this policy, staff hold the right to remove the player from the facility without refund.
It is unfortunate that this policy has to be implemented, but our ultimate goal is to encourage a safe facility for our staff, safe gameplay for our players and discourage clout chasers who are trying to make a name for themselves online by playing and highlighting dangerous gameplay, especially when it involves unwilling participants.
To submit your request, please use the link below. Allow at least 2 weeks for processing before reaching out.

If you have questions regarding this policy, please text 480-507-9420 or 602-491-9149 to chat with a member of management. You can request a phone call in the text system.
The doors open at 9:30pm for checkin and will close and lock at 10:30pm or when the last registered player checks in, whichever comes first. Once the doors lock, they will not reopen until the end of the night. The only exceptions to this policy is if a player wants/needs to leave early, at which point they are not allowed back inside the building. Adult players need to show their drivers license to leave early. Players 16-17 who drove themselves must provide their drivers license and have an email from their parent on file that says they can leave the facility. Players under the age of 18 who did not drive themselves or do not have authorization from their parent to leave, must have their parent come to the facility and come to the door and show their ID to gather their child.
If a player is leaving with someone other than their own parent, their parent must email staff with their full name, the full name of their child, and the full name of the person they are allowing their child to leave with. This includes if their child is leaving with another player who is licensed to drive.
We do not allow for people to drop things off throughout the night, players to come and go, or non-playing observers (family, friends, significant others, etc) to be at the facility for the event. This policy is for the safety of our players, staff, and facility.
