Yes! Your Platoon Membership benefits are still available and we are extending all Platoon Membership expirations by 2 months. If you want to use your membership discount, please email email@example.com with the name of your platoon member. Upon verification of active platoon enlistment, we will send you a unique code to use.
We have built in a 30 minute time buffer between sessions to decrease the amount of people in the facility at once, allowing for the first group to exit the facility before the next group arrives. Our staff will also be using this time to sanitize the staging area and frequently touched surfaces.
We have always sanitized all of our masks and chest protectors after every use with hospital grade sanitizer and will continue to do so. We have also always thoroughly cleaned our staging area, proshop, facility and gear.
For the first 30 days after re-opening, we will be limiting our session capacity to 30 players and will be requiring prepaid reservations. This policy will allow our staff and players to ensure that capacity limits are held and to decrease contact at check-in.
We are limiting our proshop capacity as well and are asking customers to social distance.
We will be providing our staff with PPE face masks to wear and are encouraging all of our players to wear one as well while not playing.
We are offsetting our session start times so that our staff have enough time to clean and re-sanitize the staging area and facility between the sessions.
Lastly, each piece of rental gear and guns will be single player use every day and everything will be thoroughly and rigorously sanitized every night.
We do ask that if you are sick or has been around someone who is sick or within the vulnerable population, that you please stay home. We’re not going anywhere, so you’ll have plenty of chances to come play at a later date.
Players have 24 hours prior to their session to reschedule or cancel. Any cancellations after that time would result in the forfeiture of their prepaid funds. No-shows would also result in the forfeiture of prepaid funds. With the limited occupancy limits for sessions, we and other players rely on the calendar to know how many spots are available in a timely manner.
Players who are found to be fake or purposely coughing at or near other players or staff will be sent home immediately without refund. Those players may also face a temporary ban. Others across the country have faced jail time and large fines for fake or purposely coughing on others or items. It is not the time nor place to be a troll.
We can’t force a player or customer to wear PPE, but for the benefit of all, we are requesting that one is worn until we get the all clear.
We are significantly limiting our capacity right now per session so we can follow the appropriate health and safety guidelines. Given that- the only way to guarantee a spot for you is by prepaying your reservation in advance.
You’re welcome just to show up, but our capacity is set at 30 and we will not accept any more players than that. If we have a spot available for you or your group, we will let you pay to play. If we don’t though, you’ll have to come back another day. This is especially important information for groups.
Prepaid reservations are the best way to get into the field. That way you know you’re all set and have a spot.
Additionally- as a reminder, we are not accepting any coupons or discounts other than the prepaid frequent player punch card and the Platoon Membership through June 30.
We are not accepting any coupons or discounts for the first 30 days after re-open. The only exceptions to this will be Platoon Memberships, prepaid frequent player cards and any prepaid VIPAirsoft entries purchased from our online proshop.
At this time, we are not accepting gift certificates, coupons or discounts. The only exceptions to this are for Platoon Members and prepaid frequent player cards. We have moved to a prepaid system for our reopen to decrease the amount of contact between customers and staff and the gift certificates cannot be validated, but the good news is that our gift certificates never expire, so they will still be valid when we fully go back to normal!
We are not offering discounted rollovers at this time to give other players a chance to play too. If you would like to play both sessions, you still can, but at full price for both sessions and both sessions will require a reservation.
We have our party calendar open and available for dates after July 1.
Speedsoft play is suspended until further notice. Once things can get back to normal, we will reassess whether we will offer it again or not.
