Yes! Your Platoon Membership benefits are still available and we are extending all Platoon Membership expirations by 2 months. Upon verification of active platoon enlistment, we will send you a unique code to use.
We have built in a 30 minute time buffer between sessions to decrease the amount of people in the facility at once, allowing for the first group to exit the facility before the next group arrives. Our staff will also be using this time to sanitize the staging area and frequently touched surfaces.
We have always sanitized all of our masks and chest protectors after every use with hospital grade sanitizer and will continue to do so. We have also always thoroughly cleaned our staging area, proshop, facility and gear and are continuing to clean regularly throughout the sessions.
For the time being, we will be limiting our session capacity to 45 players and will be requiring prepaid reservations. This policy will allow our staff and players to ensure that capacity limits are held and to decrease contact at check-in.
We are limiting our proshop capacity as well and are asking customers to physically distance.
We will be providing our staff with PPE face masks to wear and are encouraging all of our players to wear one as well while not playing and while within the proshop side of our facility.
We are requiring all non-playing observers to wear PPE face masks in the facility and are no longer allowing them within the staging area during an active session. Parents or guardians are welcome to wait through the session in other available areas within the facility.
We are offsetting our session start times so that our staff have enough time to clean and re-sanitize the staging area and facility between the sessions.
Lastly, each piece of rental gear and guns will be single player use every day and everything will be thoroughly and rigorously sanitized every night.
We do ask that if you are sick or has been around someone who is sick or within the vulnerable population, that you please stay home. We’re not going anywhere, so you’ll have plenty of chances to come play at a later date.
Players have until 1 hour prior to their session to reschedule and 6 hours prior to their session to cancel. Any cancellations after that time would result in the forfeiture of their prepaid funds. All applicable cancellations receive their refunds onto an electronic gift card sent to the email address on file in the reservation. No-shows would also result in the forfeiture of prepaid funds. With the limited occupancy limits for sessions, we and other players rely on the calendar to know how many spots are available in a timely manner.
We cannot force a player or customer to wear PPE, but for the benefit of all and in accordance with the Maricopa County Executive Order regarding face masks, we are requesting that one is worn in our proshop and by all non-playing observers until we get the all clear. If you are medically unable to safely wear a PPE mask, please maintain physical distancing.
We are limiting our capacity right now per session so we can follow the appropriate health and safety guidelines. Given that- the only way to guarantee a spot for you is by prepaying your reservation in advance.
You’re welcome just to show up, but our capacity is set at 45 and we will not accept any more players than that. If we have a spot available for you or your group, we will let you pay to play. If we don’t though, you’ll have to come back another day. This is especially important information for groups.
Prepaid reservations are the best way to get into the field. That way you know you’re all set and have a spot.

At this time, we are accepting limited numbers of gift certificate users per session. An advance reservation is REQUIRED for their use. We will not honor any certificates without an advance reservation.

We are not offering discounted rollovers at this time to give other players a chance to play too. If you would like to play both sessions, you still can, but at full price for both sessions and both sessions will require a reservation.
We have our party calendar open and available! Parties are limited to 20 people total with no more than 4 non-playing observers counted as part of that total.
We are no longer offering Speedsoft sessions nor tournaments at either location. If you have a group that would like to play Speedsoft, you are welcome to reserve a private field rental at our Phoenix location only outside of general session times. Private field rentals have a contract that must be signed by an adult over the age of 18, have a $100 deposit required at time to contract signature and must be booked at least 1 full week prior to the desired hosting date.
