RESERVATIONS ARE THE ONLY WAY TO GUARANTEE EQUIPMENT AVAILABILITY FOR YOUR VISIT!
We cannot process requests for same day visits. Any request submitted after 4pm on Fridays for the following Saturday or Sunday sessions will not be processed in time.
Basic Reservation FAQs:
1. Do I need a Reservation?
Reservations are required at least 24 hours in advance if you are bringing a group of 4 or more players that ALL need rental equipment or you are using a discount of any kind. Especially if you are looking to visit us Friday-Sunday. Any requests for weekend sessions must be submitted prior to 4pm on Fridays.
Please already have your coupon or discount prior to reservation and alert a staff member of any applicable coupons.
2. Do Reservations have restrictions?
Yes. We can only accept a certain amount of coupon reservations per session. This does not mean you cannot use your coupon on the day you want, it merely means that without a reservation we cannot guarantee that a rental gun will be available for you. This is especially important to keep in mind for Saturday sessions.
If you are using a coupon, please be aware that unless specified on the coupon it cannot be used toward party packages, overnighters, special events, rollovers, extra bbs, extra rentals, proshop purchases, repairs or anything other than what is stated on the coupon.
3. How far in advance should I reserve?
Our weekend sessions will book out in reservations about a week out, especially Saturday. It is our most popular day for play and therefore will book out quickly.
4. Is there anything my group will NEED to have to play?
Every player must have a waiver signed by the player and their guardian (if under the age of 18). This waiver is completed entirely online by clicking the “PLAYER WAIVER” tab. We also have electronic kiosks available in our lobby.
5. What should the players wear?
Recommended attire includes gym shoes, jean pants and a jacket like a hoodie or a sweatshirt. Gloves are also recommended but not required.
6. My coupon says “SESSION ENTRY”. What does that mean?
A session is a predetermined 4 hour period of time. Each day of the week has its own dedicated session times. Essentially you choose the day you want to play and then one of the available sessions. Please refer to the “Reservation Restrictions” section of this page in terms of availability.
7. My coupon says “RENTAL PACKAGE”. What does that mean?
Rental packages include the gun, its magazine, a full face mask, and chest protector.
8. I’m a parent. What if I just want to watch my kids? Do I have to stay?
Everyone that plans to enter the arena MUST have eye protection on. If you prefer not to wear a mask at all times, you may choose to purchase safety glasses or wear sunglasses. There are NO exceptions to this rule!
You do not have to stay at the facility for the session. The only time we ask for a parent to remain here or within a 5 minute drive is if the player is 7 years old or younger. If your child has a medical condition and you want to leave, please alert a staff member prior to leaving the grounds.
We have limited seating in the arena for our players and are therefore unable to accommodate groups of parents or additional family wanting to join your group to observe. If you are bringing a large group of players and would like to have several observers with you- please reach out to our party coordinator about booking an official party package with us to receive a private room with guaranteed seating for your entire group.
9. When should we arrive?
Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to the start of your session. This will allow our staff to check everyone in, ensure valid waivers, speed test any personal equipment and have a referree review our field rules.
10. Where can we put our things while we’re there?
We do not provide lockers for personal belongings at this time. Anything you don’t feel comfortable leaving on the tables, please either leave it in your vehicle or at home. We are not liable for any stolen items or items left behind.
